Since some build now, the Step Over action is slower than the other actions,
without particular reason.

Step Over takes several seconds when other actions (step in, step out, run to
line, ..) take about 1 second.

This has been reported on Linux only, on large project (debugging eclipse).

The difference between step over and the other action is less visible in the
latest build (20021119) but still there.
