The diagram interchange tree editor is still named DI2 (instead of DI) in some menus.
See contextual menu in explorer "Right-click" / "Open with" / "DI2 model editor".

I cannot find this example in the menu you mentionned. 
Moreover, I made a search on all plugins of Papyrus, and didn't find any reference to DI2 (none that will be displayed).
