PDE UI currently the internal class
org.eclipse.ui.externaltools.internal.ui.AntAction

This class is being deleted as the external tools UI is migrating to using
launch configurations. The replacement class is 
org.eclipse.ui.externaltools.internal.ant.launchConfigurations.AntLaunchShortcut

This issue needs to be addressed soon as PDE no longer compiles. This caused the 20021122 nightly build to fail.

Switched to the launch shortcut.
