Description quartz quartz CLA 2002-11-21 10:21:55 EST
very slow editors switching compared to previous 2.0 versions: there must be
some bottleneck because opening, closing or switching files is 3x to 10x slower
than on 2.0.1 (and I checked all my setting, an I have 512M of ram, 150M ram free!).
Comment 1 Dirk Baeumer CLA 2002-11-21 12:29:30 EST
Do you see this behavior on all editors or only on Java editors ?
Comment 2 quartz quartz CLA 2002-11-26 14:16:28 EST
not on plain text editors. Probably only java, because I don't use any other
than those two.
Comment 3 Adam Kiezun CLA 2002-11-28 10:13:19 EST
are you using the hierarchical package explorer?
if so - it's a known bug 27264
Comment 4 quartz quartz CLA 2002-11-29 17:25:01 EST
yes, without the explorer, it is fast. Thanks.
