- Grab a brand new eclipse
- Open the available software tab
- Paste a URL in http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5-I-builds
- Hit enter and observe that it briefly show you the content of the galileo site.

this may have been fixed while I was cleaning up repo event handling in the repo combo.  I will try on tomorrow's I-build and if I can't replicate, will have you try again.

Just tried this on WinXP, Build id: I20090414-0800.
Didn't see the flash you describe.
Can you try on today's i-build?

Tried again on Build id: I20090421-0930 and did not see the issue.
I'm going to mark it as fixed.
The test plan covers this scenario so we will see if there are cases where it still happens.

This has not been fixed, it is seen in the M7 test pass.
But I'll mark it duplicate of the newer bug.
