When performing changes through a hierarchy, I'd like to release them all at 
once, and I can't currently, since it prevents me from multiselecting several 
types so as to team>commit them at once.

This might raise some other issues. We have to check before enabling multi 
selection for the type hierarchy.

No plans to change this as the selection serves as the input on the method view. Changing that will be quite some work.
