I think you guys are aware of this problem, but thought I would enter a bug to track the issue.  Using the latest DTP build (dtp-sdk-1.7.0M5-200902040927) with the M5 platform build none of the Dali plugins will resolve, due to the following root version constraint issue.

This has been fixed in the 2/4 build that is available as a nightly download from the DTP page, but we haven't uploaded it yet because we're testing the fixes to the EMF side of things. 

It runs fine with the 2/4 build (so far as our testing has gone) except for a weird issue we're having with DTP perspectives not appearing.

The reported problem is with using the latest build dtp-sdk-1.7.0M5-200902040927.
I took a look at CVS to investigate.
Apparently, version 1.47 of manifest.mf (in org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.editor.core) has the icu version fix.  But the released tag v200902031600 (specified in map file) is however applied on its older version 1.46.  So the 200902040927 build has picked up version 1.46, without the icu fix.
So the tag would have to be fixed.  I don't have write access to sqldevtools project to fix it.  Brian?

The M5 build 1.7.0M5-200902051305 from last night now picks up the correct version of manifest.mf in org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.editor.core.

Those links are dead. I think this is breaking M5 + update for BIRT; can we get fix on galileo update site asap?
