in i0114 If you have bundles A and B such that B has A on its secondary dependencies list and then you refactor A to be C, B's reference to A is not updated. This causes errors to be listed on all related build.properties files.

Would you like to provide a patch, Ekke? :-) The class to have a look at is /org.eclipse.pde.ui/src/org/eclipse/pde/internal/ui/refactoring/FindReferenceOperation.java We need to do this for 3.6 anyway, AMD needs love!
