Steps To Reproduce:
1. right click on a diagram
2. click file -> save as image file
3. get custom dialog


More information:
My two main problems with the custom dialog:

- Cannot use the context of the file's destination, only pick a folder, not see the files in it, not select a file you'd like to overwrite, rename/move files before saving, or other edge use cases that the OS file dialog supports

- Does not mention or allow you to control the effect of a selection.  If you have a selection when this is invoked, only the selected objects will be saved to the file.  This should have options similar to a print dialog.
