Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a BUJB Web Service
2. Press Next
Notice there is a way to define the name of the WSDL file, which also allows you to specify a path, e.g. foo/goo/NewName.wsdl
Now create a BUJB Web Service using ANT tasks.
There is no way to specify the WDSL file name as in the wizard- no field to do this.

Not a regression, but rather new function that never existed.
