+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #252791 +++ Project representatives must attend the planning meetings and conference calls - you have to be involved to be involved.
I'll be on the calls and taking attendance. Any component whose lead wasn't present for at least one planning meeting or conference call (if/when held) by M4 will be removed from the train.
I had raised the question before of which calls are Galileo planning calls. As I understood it, Planning Council calls are not Galileo coordination calls, and there haven't yet been any Galileo-specific calls yet like the Ganymede and Europa coordination calls of years past. How will we know that a call is intended for Galileo?

As there is only one call remaining before M4 (on 3 Dec), I guess that any component lead like me who hasn't been in attendance, on account of not knowing that there have been any "Galileo calls" yet, will have to attend. Kenn, if for some (good) reason it is impossible for me to attend, I will need to deputize you (which is somewhat perverse, I suppose). I don't want to lose my seat. ;-)
Guys, Just to be clear, only Rich or I are, i.e., a PMC lead or delegate, is required to attend. Anyone else is optional. Anne, I suspect it's confusing to have this bug opened per subproject given that it's only a requirement that a PMC lead or delegate must satisfy rather than a per project requirement and in our case per component requirement.
So, only members of the planning council need attend the calls; component leads need not. Apologies for the confusion.
SBVR will not be on the train.
MDT components are covered by the virtue that both Ed and Rich (PMC leads) are on the Planning Council.
