using i1027-1800

Using a workspace that happens to have the IBM 1.5 JRE installed as a JRE when Elcips eis started there is a whole stream (100?) of messages like the following logged

!ENTRY org.eclipse.jdt.core 2 0 2008-10-28 10:06:29.311
!MESSAGE Invalid Class-Path header in manifest of jar file: D:\java\ibm-1.5\jre\
lib\ibmcfw.jar

this is the first time I've seen this an dhave been using Eclipse and that JRE for quite some months.  Even if the header is invalid, it seems we only need to log that once if at all.
