Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create two user libraries with a single duplicate file. (axis1 and JAXB are good examples, both use activation.jar)
2. Try to add both to a java project
3. The second library will fail to be added with the following error:
Build path contains duplicate entry: 'usr/local/javaclasses/activation.jar' for project '

This appears to be fixed in 3.5

Any chance we can get this backported to 3.4.x please?
