Currently, adding an XML Schema directive is a multi-step process:
- the user adds the directive in the outline view
- the must to go to the properties view
- the user must fill in the required fields or use the selection dialog.

To improve usability, the dialog could be invoked right away from the Add import action.

I thought I remembered that there was already an enhancement for this, so I'll duplicate this.
