Steps To Reproduce:
Open New C Project wizard and you'll see the problem.

Actually the same problem can be for new tool chains  integrated to IDE. Language separation uncompleted.

This patch restrict appearance  inappropriate templates in C or C++ New Project Wizards.

patch applied on HEAD,
tested on Linux with linux toolchain. Works.
