I downloaded I20081014-1600, unzipped in a clean install, and launched with my 3.5 workspace.  All projects have errors.

Project 'org.eclipse.core.commands' is missing required library: '/opt/local/ibm-java2-i386-50/jre/lib/

I tried a "clean all" for a complete rebuild, and I've checked the JRE properties (the correct directory) the Required Libraries (lists all of the jars from the JRE) and the actual directory (which still exists :-)

I've restarted eclipse and re-built, and the problem hasn't gone away.

Workspace preferences

I created a new workspace and checked my platform code out of the repository.  The errors are still there.

I'll attach my exported prefs from the new workspace.

Verified for 3.5M3 using I20081026-2000 build.
