Overview: the user documentation need to be updated to add the library feature

Sim we probably won't have any library to be provided in this first release, i don't see the point to describe it in the user guide (it will be confusing to the user).

If we have the developer guide in this version, we can at least document the use of the extension point.

I'll leave this Bug to a future Target Milestone for now.
