The "Focus Editor on Active Task" button appears for editors when the "Mylyn AspectJ" action set is enabled. I believe this button is already contributed by org.eclipse.mylyn.java.ui and should either be removed from the Mylyn-AJDT bridge or only shown for AspectJ editors.
