When the Java EE creation wizards initially come up the FACET_RUNTIME property is set to the default instead of the proper runtime for the LAST_EAR_NAME property if the "Add Project to an EAR" preference is on.  This was fixed by setting the runtime when a LAST_EAR_NAME property set notification is performed.

This needs to be targeted for the 3.0.3 release.
