Or, at least nearly all remote. This would put all server adapters "on equal footing" and reduce the "clutter" on users UI and machines of things they don't need or want. 

If we can not convince the various "server teams" to host them, we could have our own eclipse.org site only for continuity of legacy adapters.

Tim, It is probably a little to late to make this changes, should we deferred this enhancement. If you are going to deferred it move it to 'future' so that it reflects on the plan.

Did not get to this in 3.1, so moving out to 'future'. There has been lots of discussion and I think we're still headed in this direction, just did not close on exactly what and how to do for this release.

Moving out of 3.3 as we are almost done with it. Marking for future until we
have a more accurate time when we can work on this.
