In 1.0 we decided to keep the services in org.elcipse.dd.gdb plugin as provisional.  Should we change these to public in 1.1?

I think in some ways, changing them to final may require more migration for any users than just keeping them as they are, that's because we would need to change the package name.  Also if we contribute DSF-GDB to the CDT project for the Galileo train, we may want to change the package names again soon anyway.

Tricky question.  Do we expect another version after 1.1 but before we hopefully migrate to the CDT?  If not, then I don't think there is a point to making the change.

Soo reduce the amount of work, and since we will hopefully be re-packaging for the CDT not long after, I personally vote for leaving things as is.
