+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #233165 +++

The original bug was fixed, but Carl wanted left open, I assume, to remind to look for other, similar cases. Hence the "check other uses" part of the bug is not 'critical' like the original bug. was ... this bug is just to track that future checking.

Note that the further work that needs to be done is the reason for the failure of the testGetResourceProjectRelativeResource JUnit test (which isn't major in and of itself, but is indicative of the fact that there is more work to do here).

We've been through the entire WTP 3.2 release cycle, and it looks like all of this has been handled, so I am resolving this bug.
