MTJ 0.9M1 Testing
Installation : eclipse-SDK-3.4.0 (I20080617-2000) 
MTJ install  : mtj-runtime
java.runtime : Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_07-b06)
os.name:     : Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3


Overview: 

    Error message disappear at an incorrect time

Steps to Reproduce: 

    1) Open the preferences and select the "Mobile Tools for Java" option

    2) Clear the fields "Debug Server Time-out (ms)" and "Debug Server Launch Poll Interval (ms)"

    2) Fill the field "Debug Server Time-out (ms)" with an integer

Actual Results: 

    The error message informing that a integer value is required disappear but the "Debug Server Launch Poll Interval (ms)" field is not filled.

Expected Results:

    Continue with the error message "Value must be an Integer"
