Overview: 

    The name of the MIDlets does not increment properly.

Steps to Reproduce: 

    1) Open an application descriptor of a project

    2) On the "MIDlets" tab press "Add..." button (the name of the new MIDlet must be MIDlet-2 if have one MIDlet registered previously)

    3) Press the link to "Launch as emulated Java ME MIDlet" on "Overview" tab

    4) Close the emulator

    5) On the "MIDlets" tab press "Add..." button

Actual Results: 

    The name of the MIDlet is MIDlet-5

Expected Results:

    The name of the MIDlet should be MIDlet-3

Additional Information:

    In case of delete all the MIDlets the name does not start from the last position and does not start for the first position either (e.g.: "MIDlet-4").
