Overview: 

    Button is enabled while all components should be disabled on "MIDlet Suite Signing" screen

Steps to Reproduce: 

    1) Open a project properties

    2) Select the "MIDlet Suite Signing" option inside "Mobile Tools for Java"

Actual Results: 

    The button "Project..." is enabled while the checkbox "Sign project" is not checked

Expected Results:

    The button "Project..." should be disabled while the checkbox "Sign project" is not checked

Hi Edwin,

I fixed this bug in the trunk. Also fix another related bug that when "sign project" check box unchecked, error message(if any) should disappeared.
