This is more of an enhancement

There is the nice feature of highlighting in yellow an entry who's value has changed, in the Variables view for example.  However, if the user has selected this variable to show it in the details pane, the selection remains during stepping and the yellow highlight is hidden by the blue selection line.

It would be nice if we could someone still show that the variable has changed.  Maybe using a different color.

This persists in Neon.

This should not belong to CDT; PDT is equally affected.
