R3.4 and I20080903-0800.

The following two tests:
    org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.dialogs.NewEmptyProjectWizardTest
    org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.dialogs.NewProjectWizardTest
have many build path test cases but are no longer working since the operations got changed into actions.

Benno, can you take a look? You made that conversion and you at least disabled the tests ;-)

AFIK this test have been disabled long time ago (not by me), because they where never green.

Removed the tests.
