Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Eclipse Ganymede
2. Go to: 'Windows' -> 'Preferences' -> 'C/C++' -> 'Debug'
3. Open help for 'Debug preferences'

Description for 'Character encoding' is missing.

By the way: What does it mean? Is this a possibility to debug wchar_t strings?
