There seems to be a bug in the synchronization from files (e.g 
hibernate.cfg.xml or log4j.xml) between source- and binary folder. The 
former Eclipse version 3.3 copied always all files which were located within the 
source folder  into  the appropriate binary folder.

This happens both within the simple Java Project Nature and the Dynamic Web 
Project Nature of the Eclipse Ganymede 3.4 distribution. Tested on Mac/OS-X and 
WinXP

Verified for 3.5M3 that we have no test case to reproduce the problem.
