The current array of wizards from Modeling projects can be organized in a much more sensible manner, in order to promote the development of domain-specific languages.  Furthermore, no base set of wizard categories or capabilities exists for Modeling, from which projects can define their own wizard locations.  Provide such a base set, along with capabilities to hide existing UI contributions so that a more succinct (if not sensible) set of wizards can be provided.
