IHostShell is missing Javadoc.

This is especially problematic since the IHostShell#exit() method must be documented to specify whether synchronous termination of the shell is performed, as requested in bug 244070.

I think it should specify synchrnouns termination (as done in SshHostShell), and DStoreHostShell should be fixed to terminate synchronously as well.
