Steps To Reproduce:
1. Checkout any project from Subversion repository using Subversive.
2. Make some changes in local working copy.
3. Select changed file in Package Explorer and perform "Team" -> "Compare With" -> "Latest from Repository" action.
4. History View will show up.

More information:
Currently in Subversive there is no option which allows to disable History View activation when one of "Compare With" actions is performed. This is disturbing when "Compare With" action is performed frequently.

Corresponding option was added to Window->Preferences->Team->SVN->View Settings page.
Fix will be included into the weekly build.
