Move all XDoclet functionality in new XDoclet component (sub-project) that extends the JEE and EJB components.

Well, it turned to be a complex task. Instead we can simply remove the XDoclet functionality.

XDoclet is now quite a legacy technology and it turns that it reached end-of-life once Java EE 5 was out.
