currently MTJ preferences page does not seems to be following eclipse ui standards. it is important to review it to make it more "eclipse like"

doesn't seems to be a high priority, but it would be nice to have this on the 1.0. we would need to discuss the kind of improvements that we can do.

no time to close this until RC1. move to a future release.
