when the developer is creating a Run / Debug configuration based on the JAD file, he is able to select a JAD file outside from the project. that seems strange since the project had its own JAD file.

there are probably two good ways to solve this:
- filter the JAD selection field to allow only JADs from the project folder
- automatically select the JAD from the deployment folder

I am creating a patch that allow user right click JAD and select run/debug as...->  Emulated JAD. My work have relation with this bug. I think the second solution is better.

I think allow user to select a external JAD is useful,  because some EclispeME user may get used to use that function.
