Steps To Reproduce:
1. Shared Editing Session can be joined in two ways
   a. Initiate a new 'Share Editor With'...
   b. Someone invites you to join a session
2. You (as initiator) can only invite one person for shared editing
3. Two persons are editing a document collaboratively, they cannot invite another person.
4. A new person is unaware of a shared editing session going on.
5. The interested person cannot join a shared editing session. 


More information:
1. Cola Synchronization Strategy supports 1 to 1 shared editing, it should support n-way sharing
2. DocShare UI should support Shared Editing Sessions so that other persons (than initiator and receiver) can join/leave session.
