1. Create a logic diagram
2. Create a note on the diagram
3. Hover on the note until connections handles show up (i.e. diagram assistant)
4. Drag the handle and hover the mouse on the blanc space on the diagram.
Note that there a "no smoking" sign shown meaning that the created command is not executable.
However, if you create a second note and try to connect them with a note attachment - everything is fine.
Therefore, we need to be able to create note attachments to/from notes
Also we need to look into the possibility of not showing connection handles at all, if there are no connections can be created to/from the node.
