Problem : 
You can not connect element if you target compartment instead of element.

Solution :
The compartment must not accept connection and reconnection request.

Fixed for the EAttributes, EOperations and EStringToStringMapEntry compartments. Not applied to the EPackage contents compartment (proposed solution was to remove the EditPolicy.GRAPHICAL_NODE_ROLE) : it should be possible to create dynamically a target element when creating a connection.
