When the DLTK Mylyn integration is loaded for the first time it shows a "Mylyn Recommended Preferences" wizard (see screenshot). Mylyn used to have this wizard but it was removed for Europa and is not required anymore. The Mylyn DLTK integration should probably remove this wizard as it changes Mylyn specific settings and appears as if it is part of Mylyn (and not the DLTK integration).
