Steps To Reproduce:
1.I'm using Eclipse 3.2.2. 
2.When i try to open a  JSP file with JSP Edotor an error message was occured like "There is a problem occured adding adaptor factories"  
3.When i click "ok" ,Error message closed . others are working fine.

PLZ help me to solve this problem.

Closing until there's more information.  I would suggest moving up to Eclipse 3.4 and WTP 3.0 in any event.
