The following jars are made available from the update site, however they are not properly formed. Some of them contain plugins inside this folder, some other contain a doc folder and again others look like if they are things to be overlaid inside of a workspace since it contains an src folder.

Pascal, according to the plugin IDs of your nl fragment plugins, you downloaded them right around the time we fixed bug 221675. You may not have picked up the corrected language packs. Please try again. Reopen the bug if you still see problems. Thanks!
