Select a java or xml Entity and choose a schema that is not the default schema for the project.  View the list of tables in the Table Name combo and notice that the options are still the tables in the default schema.  If you switch to another entity and come back, the UI will be updated with the proper list of tables.

Same problem with TableGenerator, SecondaryTable, and JoinTable

Neil, this fix ended up being larger than I expected.  The only part that isn't straightforward is the secondary tables support.  I have tested this in java and xml and it really seems to clean up how we handle schemas in that add/remove dialog. Clean up for the end user, not the code :)
