Description Alex Fitzpatrick CLA 2008-06-04 17:30:21 EDT
Build ID: 3.4RC3

Steps To Reproduce:
If no validators apply to a resource, the validation menu item should not be present in the context menu instead of disabled.

Alternately, the exclusion filters should be extended to allow contributors to explicitly state that WST validation does not apply and therefore the action should not be visible.

I am going to mark this as a duplicate of bug 197617 because the underlying cause is the same. See my comment here https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=197617#c8.
