3.4 RC2

- Open 'Debug Configurations...' from the debug toolbar item
- create a new 'Eclipse Application' launch configuration
- Set cursor in Name field and start typing new name

Observe that the typing speed is quite slow. It seem too much work is done while typing.

The PDE launch configuration definitely needs some speeding up.  Validation takes way too long.
