Steps to recreate the problem:
Right click Databases in the Data Source Explorer
Click New...
Click Oracle
Click Next
Select the  button beside the driver combo box near the top of the wizard page.
Choose Oracle Thin Driver with a version of 10 from the available template box
Click on the Jar List tab
Click Clear All
Click Add JAR/Zip...
Find the driver.jar file in the TVT resources
Click Open
Click OK
Verify the pane is translated.

Problem description:
The colon : should come after the English string on the left side.
