Pop up content assist.
	Up/down arrows scroll the list up and down.
	Left/right arrows should scroll the list horizontally, but they move the cursor instead.

NOTES:

		Happens on NT as well.

Moving to JDT. Current the right arrow closes the dialog so this cannot be 
scrolled.
