Build 3.4RC1

When a project is created from existing sources, the wizard will compute a reasonable buildpath, but it will not attempt to configure the compliance correctly.

As a consequence, a fullbuild may start immediately, producing lots of compile errors, before user goes and figure the problem and addresses it.

It would be nice if the creation wizard was able to figure the proper compliance settings as well.
