Uncomment accelerator (Ctrl-\) does not work.  The menu entry (under source) is 
also incorrect (Ctrl-shift-)  Note: Ctrl-shift-\ does not work.  The 
accelerator for commenting is entered as Ctrl-shift-/ but is still Ctrl-/

Are these accelerators being changed, they were Ctrl-\ and Ctrl-/ in R2.0

The menu item in source does appear to be correct, the functionality is 
incorrect as reported.
