Table generators at the java and orm.xml entity level were updated to include all the options (schema, catalog, allocation size, etc).  The table generators ui at the orm.xml entity-mappings level was not updated. It is missing:

Schema
Catalog
Allocation Size
Initial Value

Sequence Generator is missing:
Allocation Size

This seems like a decent loose end to wrap up and something that involves UI changes so it should be done in M6.  I will take a look at this.
