Window > Preferences > SSL > Add

More information:
The Add SSL Dialog is truncated and does not automatically resize according to the length of the string.  I am running a mock translation build that takes string externalization into account.  View attached screen shot.

changing title to reflect the actual problem

Fixed by removing width hint on the overall form - this was restricting growth for large labels. Added width hint for Text field to make default width slightly larger.
